Rananjay Pratap Goswami is the founder of Yogsanskriti Private Limited — and the reason this platform exists.
He grew up watching students across Uttar Pradesh work incredibly hard, clear their exams, and still struggle to find good jobs. Not because they lacked intelligence or drive — but because nobody had ever taught them technology in a language they truly understood.
That observation stayed with him for years.
With a B.Tech in Biotechnology, he brought a scientific way of thinking to education — understanding how people actually learn, not just what they are expected to study. His Master of Social Work deepened that understanding, helping him see education not just as a subject, but as a system — one that was clearly not working for Hindi-speaking students from smaller cities and towns.
For over eight years, he managed Mahayogi Gorakhnath Maharshi Patanjali Yog Sansthan — an educational institution where he learned what it really takes to run programmes that make a difference in people's lives: consistency, accountability, and an unshakeable commitment to the people you serve.
In 2007, he received the Rashtrapati Puraskar through Bharat Scouts & Guides — India's national recognition for outstanding youth leadership and community service. That sense of responsibility toward young people has never left him.
Yogsanskriti is the answer he spent years working toward — a platform where a student from any district of Uttar Pradesh can learn technology in Hindi, earn a certification that employers respect, and build a career they are proud of.

Raveena Goswami is the person who makes sure that everything at Yogsanskriti actually works — on time, within budget, and with complete accountability.
She studied Zoology — first completing her B.Sc and later her M.Sc — building a careful, analytical way of thinking that she brings to everything she does. Science teaches you to observe carefully, document accurately, and never jump to conclusions without evidence. Those habits show up in how she manages Yogsanskriti's finances and operations every single day.
Her GNM qualification in General Nursing & Midwifery adds another dimension entirely. Healthcare training is demanding in a specific way — it requires absolute precision in documentation, strict adherence to processes, and zero tolerance for errors. Those same standards are exactly what responsible financial management looks like. Every rupee is accounted for. Every record is maintained. Every commitment is honoured.
Beyond finance, Raveena plays an important role in the counseling side of Yogsanskriti's work. Because she has personally gone through professional healthcare training, she understands what students face when they are considering GNM, ANM, Yoga, Naturopathy, or Paramedical programs. She does not just give information — she gives guidance from experience.
She is the quiet backbone of the organisation — the person who ensures that the promises Yogsanskriti makes to students and families are always kept.

Yash Kumar serves as Director – Technology & Training Operations at Yogsanskriti, bringing the one element that transforms a promising EdTech idea into a credible, deliverable platform: hands-on technical expertise backed by active industry experience.
A postgraduate in Computer Applications (MCA), Mr. Kumar is currently engaged with an IT company in Delhi — meaning his technical knowledge is not theoretical but actively applied and continuously updated with the realities of India's technology sector. This live industry connect is a direct asset to Yogsanskriti's platform development, curriculum relevance, and training quality.
His contribution to Yogsanskriti operates on three critical levels. First, as the technology anchor — he provides the technical direction and oversight required to build and scale the LMS platform, Android application, and digital certification infrastructure. Second, as a trainer — he will personally deliver structured technology courses to learners, ensuring the platform's content quality is validated by someone working in the field. .

Currently contributing in a part-time capacity alongside his professional commitments, Mr. Kumar is transitioning to a full-time role as Yogsanskriti scales — a commitment that signals his long-term stake in the platform's success.
